With encouragement from her mother, she started charging for her services, initially pricing braid styles modestly at $5 to $15. A significant mentorship with a nail technician during this period provided not only a valuable exchange of services but also wisdom, encouragement, and financial tips. This experience was foundational, teaching her the importance of kindness, professionalism, and investment in one’s potential.

Now, with over 20 years of experience and a professional cosmetology license, Moore Hair Care stands as a testament to dedication and continuous learning.
